High School Football: Berean Christian Loses To St. Mary's High

The Eagles get trounced, 63-13, by the Albany high school

Berean Christian High School's football team lost its third straight game in a lopsided fashion on Saturday.

The Eagles were thumped, 63-13, by St. Mary's High in Albany.

The Panthers scored the first five touchdowns of the game, jumping out to a 35-0 lead in the second quarter and cruising from there.

Berean Christian is now 2-4 overall and 0-2 in league play.

St. Mary's is 4-1 overall and 1-0 in league.

Things don't get any easier for the Eagles. They play highly ranked El Cerrito High next Saturday at home.
