The Salad Spot’s concept is smart and simple:  for a salad, start with fresh greens -- then add your choice of colorful vegetables and nutritious proteins.  Spoon on gourmet prepared Albacore salad or chicken salad with cranberries.  Top off your salad with nuts, flax seeds, garlic croutons, dried cranberries, and a fantastic assortment of dressings.

At The Salad Spot, vegetarians, meat lovers, and vegans can all make a custom salad.  For a low-carb option, your salad can be rolled into a spinach, tomato or wheat wrap.  Proteins include grilled chicken breast strips, flaked Albacore tuna, ground turkey taco meat, gourmet egg salad, beef meatballs in a thick sauce, tofu, and more!
