Sunset in Hidden Valley Open Space hike with Save Mount Diablo

Join us to discover the amazing, new Hidden Valley open space and you’ll see soaring raptors and dramatic shadows cast over the picturesque Tassajara Hills. A tilted, 1,000 acre grassland bowl at the northwest corner of Windemere development in San Ramon, the Open Space and its creeks drain into Hidden Valley Park. This hike offers spectacular views of Mount Diablo and the Tassajara Valley. The hike will be a 4 mile out and back with a few hundred feet of elevation gain. Meet at the Tassajara Ridge Staging area on Windemere Parkway in San Ramon. Parking area is located on Windemere Parkway, .25 mile east of Holborn Way.

How about you research the current ADA guidelines regarding surface materials for play areas?Read More Walnut Creek is simply acting to be in compliance. Not sure where you get the idea that wood chips are "much more dangerous".
