Creek Kids Care, a service group of Walnut Creek children and teens, is presenting a live performance and boutique benefiting organizations -- in town and overseas -- on Sunday, April 27 at Hillside Covenant Church.
The event’s proceeds will fund CKC’s 2014-15 charitable efforts -- Trinity Center, a Walnut Creek respite and service center for homeless, and the Mother of Peace Orphanage in Zimbabwe's children orphaned by the AIDS epidemic.
At 2:30 p.m., the church doors will open for a boutique selling stationery, framed prints and magnets featuring Creek Kids' artwork.
The area youth's "Say Yes" concert begins at 4 p.m.
Tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for youth (3 to 10), and are available through the CKC website: www.creekkids.org.
