This brick building near the Shadelands office park has been vacant for years
It's sat vacant at the busy corner of Oak Grove Road and Citrus Avenue in eastern Walnut Creek for years.
The old brick building used to house a drive-through bank in the Woodlands office complex.
A new Safeway store is expected to be built across the street in the large open grassland area. Perhaps that will spur some development.
What do you think should go in here? Office? Retail establishment? Restaurant?
