Center Stage of Diablo Valley Presents Holiday Musical “North Pole Revue”

Holiday musical will be featured at the Lesher Center for the Arts Dec. 7 and 14.

 

Center Stage of Diablo Valley, a theater group based in Pleasant Hill, will present nine showings of the “North Pole Revue,” an original holiday musical, from Dec. 7-16, 2012 at the Lesher Center for the Arts, 1601 Civic Drive, in Walnut Creek.

The productions will be held on Friday evenings, Dec. 7 and Dec. 14, at 7:15 p.m.;

Saturday afternoons and evenings on Dec. 8 and 15 at 2:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.; and Sunday afternoons on Dec. 9 and Dec. 16 at 2:15 p.m. There will also be a showing at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13.

Actors for “North Pole Revue,” a holiday performance written and directed by Doña Foreman, come from all over Contra Contra Costa County.

The classic holiday show takes place at the North Pole, and features elves Jack and Dolly as they prepare for the holiday season. It also includes dancing reindeer and trees, and an appearance by Santa and Mrs. Claus. This fun-filled holiday spectacular is appropriate for all ages.
