Protest start moves back a half-hour with time change.
The Occupy Walnut Creek protest, now in its 23rd consecutive Wednesday afternoon at Mount Diablo Boulevard and Main Street, starts today at 4:00 p.m.
The start time moved back half an hour with the time change and lengthening daylight. It is part of an international movement "demanding Economic and Social Justice, Peace and Real Democracy."
The protest will gain a little in visibility with last week's opening of a major store, Neiman Marcus, on one of its four corners.
