Whither Former Forma Gym Building?

Last July Forma Gym moved from their North California and Cypress location to Olympic Boulevard.  The space is still available and we would like to know what you would like to see here.

This space is at 1410 N California Blvd. near the Mt. Diablo Boulevard intersection and right next to McCovey’s Restaurant.

I spoke with the current manager at Forma Gym to find out why they moved.  He said they basically grew out of that space. They needed more room and more parking. The gym was also acquired by a new group of investors who moved it to its current location.

I spoke with the broker and there have been inquiries on the space but so far it’s still available.  There’s a total of 25,000 square feet on both floors, but they could split it up into several smaller spaces if necessary.
