Can I do a Short Sale on my Investment Property?

Find out if banks are allowing investors to Short-Sell their properties

In the past few years Real Estate investors have held properties that they purchased during the boom times (2000-2007) that they would like to sell, but have found it difficult or impossible to come up with the cash to cover the loss.

The good news for these investors is that banks are becoming better about approving short sales. Lately we have been seeing more hit the market and close sucessfully. It's simply a matter of the bank doing what is best for them.
