The award-winning Lindsay Wildlife Museum will give Bay area residents a free opportunity Feb. 2 to make the acquaintance of more than 50 wild furry, feathery and, well, “slimy” creatures that inhabit our backyards and open spaces. The Lindsay Museum’s Free Admission Day attracts hundreds of Bay area children and adults meet face to face with the museum’s resident “ambassadors, which range from eagles, hawks and foxes of the open wild to raccoons, owls and opossums found in the urban wild.
