A Patch reader tells us there was a multiple car crash on Ygnacio Valley Road eastbound in the area of John Muir Medical Center shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday.

No injuries were reported, Walnut Creek Police Lt. Jay Hill said. Police officers on the scene facilitated as drivers involved in the crash exchanged insurance information.
