Sunday, June 10

FBI warrant. A man was arrested on a FBI warrant on Normandy Lane at 8:10
a.m. The man was sent directly to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Woof! Creek Diva has a special request this time of year. Please do not leave your beloved pets in your vehicles during the warmer months. This message is for a pet owner who left a dog in a car at the Safeway on South Broadway this afternoon.

License plate switcher. A resident on the 1500 block of Pyrenees Place reported a rear missing license plate from a grey Audi A6 from the last 24 hours.

Dog attack. Two women were involved with an dog attack at Heather Farm Park at 1:02 p.m. The assault resulted in one woman being sent to the hospital with a severed finger.

Monday, June 11

Fight. A mutual assault report was reported between two Foothill Middle School students at 1:11 p.m. How about more studying for finals and less sparring. A long time ago Creek Diva was a student there. Come on kids, get along!

Homemade bomb. The Hazmat team responded to a homemade chemical bomb that was thrown in a garbage can inside a restaurant on the 2800 block of Ygnacio Valley Road at 5:52 p.m.

Tuesday, June 12

Ornamental theft. A woman reported that an unknown subject stole the hood ornament to her car that was parked in the Kaiser overflow lot on Newell Avenue.

Mysterious blood. CSI at the Mercer complex on the 1600 block of North California Blvd…. a small amount of blood splatter was discovered on a wall at 2:30 p.m. The police were “unable to substantiate anything specific incident or who was involved.”

Grounded! A minor was cited for being in possession of alcohol and public urination by Rudgear Park around 10 p.m.

Wednesday, June 13

Sling shot. A man reported getting hit by a sling shot by someone driving a GMC blue van or station wagon with a possible business name in green on the side of the vehicle at Northgate and Castle Rock Road at 11:21a.m.

Back off, buddy. A man was cited for trespassing at the downtown Safeway after he allegedly approached several customers at their cars at 12:15 p.m.

Thursday, June 14

Smashed. A report was made about a cinderblock smashing a parked RV on the 1500 block of North Main Street at 12:22 a.m.

No license, no registration … no good! A man was cited for both offenses on the 1100 block of South California Boulvard at 9:05 a.m. His vehicle was also towed.

Lost and now found. A pink Schwinn bicycle has been found! If you are the owner and know the serial number, please contact the police station.

Fare check, FYI. If you take a cab from Daly City to Walnut Creek, it will run you about $143. A cabbie phoned police after his fare attempted to stiff him. The matter was resolved at the intersection of Mt. Diablo Boulevard and North Main Street at 5:38 p.m.
