Creek Police Beat: Girls Fight, Dogs Bite and Penis Plight

Patch's ace Police Beat writer reads WCPD's bulletin every day—so you don't have to. Here, she summarizes a week's worth of crime trends, as well as the bad, sad, annoying and silly things that keep officers busy.

Dogs duke it out: A dogfight was reported on Roxie Lane at 12:28 p.m. Two male pit bulls were fighting and one needed medical attention. Animal control responded.

Have you seen it? A woman named Nancy lost her wallet downtown. If you come across it, please turn it in.

Kindness of strangers: Kudos to the citizen who found and turned in a lost California drivers license on the 2300 block of N. Main Street. Good job!

But the call was disconnected after the man start yelling at the dispatcher. When police arrived, the man was nowhere to be found and did not answer the phone when police attempted to contact him.  Creek Diva is hoping this was just a prank call.
