Man with Loaded Gun at Wendy's Restaurant
Alleged gang member threatened patrons at North Main Street restaurant Wednesday afternoon.
Walnut Creek police are investigating a man who was allegedly threatening people and had a loaded firearm at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Wendy's on North Main Street.
The suspect was a gang member, according to a post on the Facebook site of the Walnut Creek Police Association. The association thanked citizens who called in to report the man's behavior.
The Walnut Creek Police Department is due to release a news release on this incident later Thursday. Walnut Creek Patch will update as more details become available.
