St. Pat's Day: One Downtown Fight Reported
One person was hospitalized, Walnut Creek police report.
Police responded to one fight downtown early Sunday morning — the night of St. Patrick's Day — in which one suspect was arrested for felony battery and one subject was taken to the hospital.
In addition to that incident, reported Walnut Creek Police Lt. Tom Cashion, there were arrests for people being drunk in public, including one subject who resisted and had to be restrained in a WRAP device after sparring with officers.
