Mount Diablo Unified School District Touts API Test Gains
Statement on district website takes note of schools that made leaps in state test scores.
A news update on the Mount Diablo Unified School District website celebrates the academic growth in many district schools reflected .
"Most Mount Diablo schools are performing at increasingly higher levels," stated the update.
In the API (Academic Performance Index) rankings, the update noted that 36 of the district's schools met schoolwide growth targets, 23 made double-digit gains and four (El Monte, Hidden Valley, Meadow Homes and Rio Vista) made 40-point leaps.
