WHAT: "Manners in Motion"
Social dancing and etiquette program for 6th & 7th graders
Wouldn't it be great if 6th and 7th graders could learn the basics of social dancing, along with essential etiquette skills and have fun doing it?
Manners in Motion offers a new spin on Cotillion. In this 8-week Walnut Creek session 6th and 7th graders learn partner dancing, social skills, dining etiquette and celebrate the completion of the program at a gala dinner dance featuring a live band.
Manners in Motion features an innovative and highly motivated teaching technique that encourages social partner dancing and instills good manners, while having fun.
The upcoming Walnut Creek Manners in Motion 8-week session is 6:30 p.m. Mondays from January 30 to March 29, 2012. The enrollment period is Jan. 11 to Jan. 23, 2012.

COST: $300
Registration is monitored to achieve a balanced number of followers and leaders. Early sign-up is encouraged. A special discount offered for joint enrollment of one boy and one girl at $275 each.

PROGRAM ATTIRE REQUIRED:
Gentlemen: Blazer or sport coat, slacks, tie and dress shoes.
Ladies: Skirt or dress (reasonable length, no strapless tops) and stockings.
Shoes: No flip flops, backless sandals or tennis shoes.
