Ride your Bike on the Iron Horse Trail

Beginning Bicycling from 10 to noon on September 1st, meeting at the Pleasant Hill Bart Station


Join our seasoned bike experts on a 4 to 5 mile ride along the Iron Horse Regional Trail, where we will help you learn basic bike maintenance, proper bike signaling, and how to get your bike on and off BART, so you can better access and enjoy our Regional Parks and Trails!

Intermediate road cyclists, join our recreation leaders at 1 pm for a 10-12 mile ride along the Iron Horse and Contra Costa Canal Regional Trails! We’ll help you improve your urban riding skills, bike knowledge, and practice getting on and off BART with your bike (Optional). This ride is for intermediate bikers, and is designed to help you grow even more confident in accessing and enjoying our Regional Parks and Trails. This class is Free! Meets at the Pleasant Hill BART station.
