Olympic Medal Count: The Tally So Far

Team USA is winning big at the 2012 Olympics in London, but China is the champion after the first few days of the games. What has been your favorite moment of opening week?

The 2012 Olympics officially kicked off on Friday, July 27 and so far China has been pulling in the medals with four golds in diving, four in swimming, four in weightlifting, two in shooting, one in table tennis, one in fencing and one in gymnastics. China has a total of 30 medals so far, 17 of which are gold.

Team USA also has 30 medals, with 13 gold — eight in swimming, two in shooting, one in gymnastics, one in rowing and one in road cycling.

The host nation, Great Britain, has won 10 medals in the 2012 Olympics to date, with two golds in cycling and rowing.

I hate sand in parks. Nice breeding area for lice, and a great place for ferrel cats to poop. IRead More can't wait for them to do the park at Arbolado.

How about you research the current ADA guidelines regarding surface materials for play areas?Read More Walnut Creek is simply acting to be in compliance. Not sure where you get the idea that wood chips are "much more dangerous".
