Laura Metzdorff, Neighbor

I'm originally from Long Island, NY and moved to California is 2007 to complete my master's studies in Traditional Oriental Medicine. In December 2010, I moved to Walnut Creek and, along with a dear friend and colleague, opened Earth and Air Wellness, an acupuncture and alternative medicine clinic in downtown Walnut Creek.

I believe in a holistic approach to life and try to spread the positive wherever I go. I love nature, good food, and gathering with friends. Yoga, hiking and camping are also on my list of favorite things to do. I'm excited to be a resident of Walnut Creek and to explore more of the East Bay area!
